Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bass Liners gear — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges & Store Credit Only

*We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide:

  • Product exchanges (if the size or item is available)

  • Store credit 

  • Store credit is sent via email and expires after six months

No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

  • Purchased directly from Bassliners.co

Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are final sale or non-returnable, such as:

  • Sale items

  • Custom or limited-edition drops

  • Certain personal-use items (like water bottles, stickers, or headwear)

  • Or other items marked as "final sale"

These items will be clearly marked as "final sale" and non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@bassliners.co within 15 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return/exchange

  3. We’ll review your request and respond within 5 business days with next steps

 

*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Notes

  • We do not accept returns on international orders at this time

  • Returns received outside the 15-day window may not be accepted

  • Bass Liners reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy criteria
