At Bassliners.co, we’re excited to ship your gear and get you hooked up as fast as possible! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

Please allow extra time during launches, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard (US Only), 3–7 business days, cost is calculated at checkout

Expedited (US Only), 2–3 business days, cost is calculated at checkout

International Shipping, 7–21 business days, cost varies by country

*Note: All delivery estimates are from the time the package ships, not the day the order is placed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location. Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please email us at info@bassliners.co, and we’ll do our best to help.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you didn’t receive one, check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@bassliners.co.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Double-check the address you provided

  • Look around your property or ask neighbors

  • Contact your local post office

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited delivery

  • Hazardous or oversized items may have limited shipping options
